Susan got home after a long, hard working day. She took off her coat and threw her bag on the floor. Slowly, she went to the kitchen and opened the fridge. There was nothing tasty to eat - just an apple and some orange juice - so she decided to have a shower and call for a pizza. She sat on the sofa and turned on the TV, after some minutes, she fell asleep...

... The door bell woke her up. Susan went to the entrance to get the pizza and sat down again on the sofa to enjoy her bacon and barbecue sauce pizza. It was delicious. Then, she turned on the TV and watched for a while the news. The newscasters talked about the same they have been informing about since the TV was invented: corruption, wars, crisis, a new Guiness record in cereal bowls' size...
Nonetheless, she continued watching it until her phone rang. Due to her mortal boredom, she decided to pick it up instead of ignoring it. The conversation only lasted a minute, but Kath (the person who called) had enough time to explain in detail Teresa and Joe's lives: basically, the former was found out cheating on the latter, they had an argument and finally broke up. Kath quickly hunged up saying that she "had the duty of informing everybody about it". Well, congratulations. Good for you.
After this passioning, moving and especially meaningfull call she turned off her phone. Moreover, she even stoop up from her auto-proclaimed throne (the sofa) and disconnected her fix phone, just in case.
She spent the rest of the night watching cartoons until she fell asleep, putting an end to another unproductive day in her life.

Susan got home after a long, hard-working day. She had been all day working in the office - she worked as a secretary for a big company - where she had to deal with her boss, who she considered - I'm going to say it in the least offensive way - a bit stupid.
She took off her coat and threw her bag on the floor. Slowly, she went to the kitchen and opened the fridge. There was nothing tasty to eat - just an apple and some orange juice- and she immediately regretted being so lazy and not doing the shopping when she should, the previous day. So, she decided to have a shower and call for a pizza. She turned on the stereo and put on her favourite CD - "Nevermind" by Nirvana-. while she got into the shower. Almost forty minutes later she finished. Then, she called for the pizza and ate it. After that, she sat on the sofa and turned on the TV, after some minutes she fell asleep.
She had a weird dream: she was in a place where she had never been - a combination between Wonderland and Narnia -, however, she knew where she had to go. She started walking, but all she could see was snow and strange plants. Some minutes - maybe hours, maybe days, she wasn't sure - later, she saw a cute little sloth. It stared at her for some seconds, and then it started walking.
Susan, a bit surprised by the animal's reaction, followed it. As they walked, the snow started to fade away. Suddendly everything started turning black and strange creatures started to appear. She was really scared. One of the creatures picked up the sloth and ran away. As she walked to help the sloth someone shook her. It was her boyfriend, Matt, and he was waking her up from her dream.

Susan got home after a long, hard-working day. Sometimes it was not easy to work in a charity. She had been helping people who had recently lost their homes. She thought about that children that she saw, who didn't have clothes to protect themselves from the cold in these winter days. She took off her coat and threw her bag on the floor.
Sometimes she felt guilty and ashamed while standing in front of those poor families, who often had to starve for days. Slowly, she went to the kitchen and opened the fridge. She wasn't surprised when she looked inside of it: there was nothing tasty to eat - just an apple and some orange juice - so, she decided to have a shower and call for a pizza.
Suddendly, she felt uncomfortable in her house just because she could pay it.  She felt angry with herself and with the world. When she was young, Susan used to live with her mother, but she was working all day to pay food, so Susan usually went to her grandparents' little house.
She was poor, but she could eat every day. She thought that everyone could eat every day, but the charity made her realise that society was unfair with every single person. Fortunately, there were some people in the charity who were really useful and hard-working.
Then, she felt better, maybe she had thought too much about it. However, she couldn't do anything to change the world, and she was doing her best every day in the charity.
She sat on the sofa and turned on the TV, after some minutes, she fell asleep.
